The Ruddlesden geotechnical company training scheme is accredited by the Geological Society of London .

As a minimum, all site personnel hold valid CSCS cards, have received asbestos awareness training, are emergency first-aid trained and have undertaken Cable Avoidance Tool (CAT) training. The company is registered with Constructionline and is a member of the Association of Geotechnical & Geoenvironmental Specialists (AGS).
