Engineering Geologist
A first class honours graduate, Steve went on to obtain a distinction in Applied Environmental Geology MSc, for which his thesis, "Developing the Conceptual Model: An Example of Geotechnical Best Practice from South West England", was carried out in conjunction with Ruddlesden geotechnical. Steve is involved in all aspects of site investigation and contamination assessments from desk studies to walkover surveys, trial pitting, logging and supervision of boreholes, conceptual models, foundation appraisals, risk assessments and interpretative reports. In recent years, Steve has developed particular expertise in site specific contamination risk assessments and controlled waters (P20) risks assessments.
