Plate Bearing Tests for Wind Turbines - Ruddlesden Geotechnical

Across Devon and Cornwall, in-situ plate bearing tests have been undertaken prior to the construction of individual wind turbines, commonly constructed for agricultural properties.

The plate bearing test is undertaken at foundation level to confirm the bearing capacity and settlement characterisitcs of the founding strata.
