Large Residential Development, Shropshire - Ruddlesden Geotechnical

Following a full Phase 1 and Phase 2 Ground Investigation and Environmental Assessment, additional testing was carried out to classify the soil for future earthworks purposes.

On the side of slope, the six hectare site, is to  undergo significant  earthworks, to create a more level site that is more suitable for residential development.

Intensive trial pits and laboratory testing have classified the soils for re-compaction purposes and enabled a Method Statement for Earthworks to be produced.

The earthworks will be supervised by Ruddlesden geotechnical and this will include site visits with in-situ and laboratory testing.
