A Phase 2 window sample borehole site investigation was undertaken, based on the findings of a Phase 1 Assessment that identified a number of potential sources of contamination, including underground fuel storage tanks, interceptors and fuel pumps.

In addition to producing a report with geotechnical (foundation) and environmental (contamination) recommendations, liaison with both the Environment Agency and local authority was carried out to obtain the formal approval of the contamination remediation recommendations.
